These terms govern your use of Clarion. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, AI Disclaimer and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

01About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and COMMSMASTERS CONSULTING LTD ("we", "us"), the provider of Clarion, an online-only AI communication studio at commcons.shop. By creating an account or using the studio you accept these terms.

02What Clarion is

Clarion is a software subscription. It turns a brief you write into message drafts across channels, a one-page brief, an announcement slide, social cards and a captioned announcement short. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review, edit and use.

Clarion is a creative and productivity tool. It is not licensed consulting, public-relations, legal, financial, HR or medical advice, and it must not be relied on as professional advice.

03Clarion does not send on your behalf

Clarion never connects to your email, chat or social accounts and never sends, posts or delivers messages for you. You are solely responsible for deciding what to send, to whom, and when, and for the consequences of anything you send.

04Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use Clarion. If you are 13–17 you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

05Acceptable use

You agree to use Clarion only for lawful communication and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits impersonation, phishing, spam, mass unsolicited messaging, harassment, defamation, deceptive or misleading claims, and any unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

06Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Clarion is billed as a monthly or yearly subscription in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Allowances are per billing period and do not roll over. There are no credits or stored balance. Your statement shows the descriptor CLARION.

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

07Your content and licence

You keep ownership of the briefs and assets you submit and of the results you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to operate the service and produce your deliverables, as described in the Content License and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

08AI output and your responsibility

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given context. You must review every output and independently verify facts, figures and any legal, financial, HR or compliance implications before using or sending it. See the AI Disclaimer. We do not guarantee any communication outcome or recipient response.

09Availability and changes

We aim to keep Clarion available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be notified and the updated date shown. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We exclude implied warranties that the service will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may stop using Clarion and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature survive (such as content licence limits, liability and governing law) continue.

12Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: support@commcons.shop.
